Kazakhstan and EBRD implement projects worth US$10 billion

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development developed a new strategy for Kazakhstan for the next five years. The document includes cooperation in improving the competitiveness of private entrepreneurship, support for green policies and carbon neutrality. This became known during the meeting between Prime Minister Alikhan Smailov and EBRD Vice President Alain Pilloux. The parties discussed joint projects in a number of areas. Over the years of partnership, with the support of an international financial organization, Kazakhstan has implemented 300 projects worth over US$10 billion.
