Kazakhstan has developed a program to increase the income level of its citizens. It is scheduled to be adopted at the end of next week. According to Deputy Prime Minister Yeraly Tugzhanov, the project consists of several sections. The main emphasis has been put on balancing the difference in income between management and production personnel. It will also affect the quasi-public sector.
“First of all, it is labor income. It also concerns business income. Of course, it also applies to the issue of income growth associated with highly productive labor. An entire section is devoted to this. And, obviously, there is the issue of skills. In the future, the training of highly qualified professionals can certainly have an impact. Specific issues are actually being addressed in this direction,” Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Yeraly Tugzhanov said.
