Kazakh kui songs are now available in digital format. Students at a school in Taraz have created a unique application called Saryn Web Hosting, where they compiled musical compositions into a unified, comprehensive collection. The students say their project aims to merge national traditions with modern digital technologies, seeking to both preserve cultural heritage and nurture the creative potential of schoolchildren.
«My goal in creating this project is to
spark greater interest among today’s youth in kui songs and the study of our
history. I believe it will become an invaluable resource for anyone learning
kui compositions, songs, or playing the dombyra,» shared school
student Inkar Orazakynova.
