Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart
Tokayev held a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The leaders discussed the prospects for the development of bilateral multifaceted
cooperation, as well as the flood situation in border regions, instructing the
governments of the two countries to strengthen cooperation in combating natural
disasters. The heads of state noted the dynamic development of Kazakh-Russian
relations in the spirit of strategic partnership.
