Kazakh residents positively assess work of ambulance service

How effectively does 103 service work? People in Kazakhstan assessed the work of employees of ambulance service during the pandemic.

According to the energyprom.kz, residents rated health workers on a five-point scale. Zhambyl region ranked one of the best. Health workers there timely responded to calls and managed to provide professional assistance. The next is Aktobe region. Kazakhstan’s capital of Nur-Sultan also entered the top three. More than 200 people took part in the survey. Majority were satisfied with the work of the ambulance service. They had to wait for specialists for 10 minutes, which is within the standards. However, there are respondents who said that the waiting time reached half an hour.
