The EU Council recommended that the Union member states allow tourist trips to third-country nationals from March 1. But on the condition that they have been fully vaccinated against the coronavirus or they are traveling from states included in the EU green list. In addition, it is allowed to remove restrictions for vaccinated travelers if the vaccines received are approved in the EU. In this case, the last vaccination or booster dose must be received no earlier than two weeks and no later than nine months before the trip. If tourists are vaccinated with drugs approved only by the WHO, then any of the countries participating in the union may require a negative PCR test or introduce quarantine.
