Kazakh President takes part in informal meeting of CIS Heads of State

Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took part in an informal meeting of the CIS Heads of State. During the event, the Presidents of Russia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and the Prime Minister of Armenia discussed the priority areas of the organization’s activities as well as plans for strengthening and further developing mutually beneficial cooperation.

Head of State pays visit to cultural sites in St. Petersburg

As part of the working trip, President Tokayev and the leaders of the CIS countries visited a number of cultural sites in the city of St. Petersburg. The delegation heads toured the halls of unique architectural monuments, including the museum-reserves of Pavlovsk, Tsarskoye Selo and Peterhof.
