A total of 800 investors who invested over 12 trillion tenge
in Kazakhstan’s economy received legal assistance. Additionally, over the past
year, prosecutors did not approve more than 700 state body decisions regarding
investors, as reported today by the country’s Prosecutor General Berik Assylov to
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. He highlighted the effective use of the «prosecutor’s
filter» in overseeing investment projects. The Head of State was also briefed
on the work of the Digital Investment Platform, which allows tracking the
implementation of projects within the national pool. Assylov also reported on
the restoration of the rights of over 80,000 entrepreneurs and 979,000
citizens. Additionally, last year, 627 billion tenge in damages were recovered
for the state. President Tokayev instructed
that efforts to ensure legality in all sectors should continue.
