A total of 800 investors who invested over 12 trillion tenge in Kazakhstan’s economy received legal assistance. Additionally, over the past year, prosecutors did not approve more than 700 state body decisions regarding investors, as reported today by the country’s Prosecutor General Berik Assylov to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. He highlighted the effective use of the «prosecutor’s filter» in overseeing investment projects. The Head of State was also briefed on the work of the Digital Investment Platform, which allows tracking the implementation of projects within the national pool. Assylov also reported on the restoration of the rights of over 80,000 entrepreneurs and 979,000 citizens. Additionally, last year, 627 billion tenge in damages were recovered for the state.  President Tokayev instructed that efforts to ensure legality in all sectors should continue.
