Kazakh President receives credentials from foreign ambassadors

A ceremony for the presentation of credentials to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was held at the Akorda Presidential Palace. Diplomatic documents were presented to the Kazakh President by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of France, Finland, Canada, and Brazil, as well as the Ambassador of the European Union to Kazakhstan. In his welcoming speech, President Tokayev noted that Kazakhstan is a country committed to peaceful diplomacy and can contribute to ensuring security and stability in the international arena. The Head of State also reaffirmed the country’s commitment to continue close cooperation with the UN on global and regional security issues.
