Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is attending the
global climate summit in Azerbaijan’s capital. He was welcomed at the Baku
Olympic Stadium by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and UN
Secretary-General António Guterres. Notably, President Tokayev will be the
first to address the plenary session of the COP29 summit.
