Today,
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with Speaker of the National
Assembly of the Republic of Korea Woo Won-shik. The Head of State noted the
dynamic development of cooperation between the two countries and emphasized
that South Korea is one of Kazakhstan’s key partners in Asia. He also expressed
support for enhancing inter-parliamentary cooperation, which serves as an
important mechanism for further strengthening political, trade, economic,
cultural, and humanitarian ties. In turn, Woo Won-shik reaffirmed the
commitment to deepening Kazakh-Korean relations across all sectors.
