Kazakhstan is committed to close cooperation with the Czech Republic, viewing it as one of its important partners in the European Union, as noted by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during a meeting with Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavský. The Head of State underscored the potential for expanding trade and investment relations between the two countries and expressed Kazakhstan's readiness to continue supporting Czech investors. For his part, Jan Lipavský highlighted that growing economic cooperation forms the foundation of bilateral relations. Priority areas for collaboration include industry, green transition, and energy. Lipavský also extended an invitation from the President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel to President Tokayev to pay an official visit to Prague.
