Kazakh President holds meeting on budget planning

A meeting on economic issues and budget planning was held at the Akorda presidential palace under the chairmanship of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The agenda covered the current state and development prospects of the national economy, as well as the parameters of the national budget for 2026–2028. The Head of State emphasized the importance of high-quality planning and allocation of financial resources at both the national and local levels. He stressed the need to ensure budget balance, financing of social obligations, and the long-term plans of the regions. Another priority is the targeted and effective use of allocated funds.
