The implementation of new constitutional provisions in the areas of
culture, information, and social policy was reviewed at Akorda. Deputy Prime
Minister and Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva briefed
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the work being carried out and presented
updates on efforts to improve the education, science, healthcare, and social
protection systems. Particular emphasis was placed on strengthening human
capital and introducing modern digital technologies. The Head of State gave a
positive assessment of the Government's work in these areas.
