Kazakh President attends parade in Moscow

Today, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev participated in a military parade in Moscow marking the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. He greeted service members of the Kazakh Armed Forces who marched along Red Square.

Kazakhstan was represented by a parade crew of 80 service members from the 37th Brigade of the Airborne Assault Troops, named after Hero of the Soviet Union Major General Ivan Panfilov. Following the parade, the Head of State took part in a flower-laying ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
