The Kazakh government has approved the national plan for implementing the President’s state-of-the-nation address. It includes 87 measures in 8 key areas: investment policy, strengthening industry, agriculture, transport and tourism, modernization of housing and utilities, support for entrepreneurship, human capital development, and parliamentary reform. The economic block provides for the launch of a program to channel up to $1 billion from the National Fund into high-tech sectors. In industry, priority will be given to projects focused on processing rare earth metals and deep processing of hydrocarbon raw materials. By the end of 2026, all geological data will be digitized, with a Big Data system introduced using artificial intelligence. In agriculture, digital land resource mapping and other innovations will be applied.
«As part of support for the agro-industrial complex, five investment agreements worth one trillion tenge have already been signed. The Order for Investments in the Agro-Industrial Complex project is under implementation. Over three years, more than 200 projects will be financed under this initiative, totaling 1.2 trillion tenge,» said Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy Serik Zhumangarin.
