Kazakh Ministry of Energy proposes to revise oil supply schemes for the domestic market and the sale of petroleum products. The relevant ministry notes that for this it is necessary to make legislative changes. Thus, the amendments entail the supply of oil for processing directly by subsoil users, as well as the purchase of raw materials by processing plants. In addition, the Energy Ministry suggests measures to limit the flow of fuel and lubrication materials from the country. In particular, consideration is being given to extending the ban on the export of fuels and lubricants by road and increasing liability for unauthorized export.
