International driver’s licenses to be issued to Kazakh citizens

The Kazakh Ministry of Internal Affairs is currently in the process of launching a government service, which will enable the country’s citizens to obtain international driver’s licenses. These licenses will be issued in accordance with the regulatory legal acts governing road traffic. It bears noting that Kazakhstan’s driver’s license is valid in countries that signed the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic of 1968, which has over 80 signatories, including Japan and India.
