The Head of State received Chairperson of the Constitutional Court Elvira Azimova, who reported on the commencement of the Constitutional Court's work, the exercise of its powers, as well as citizens’ appeals received since January 1, 2023. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stressed the importance of ensuring utmost transparency of all stages of constitutional proceedings and raising citizens' awareness of the application procedure to the Constitutional Court.
