Foreign IT companies are showing great interest in Kazakhstan. At present, over 70 foreign enterprises are registered in the international technopark ‘Astana Hub’. It’s worth mentioning that as part of bilateral cooperation, foreign startups are given a number of advantages, including a simplified procedure of business registration and liquidation, low tax burden, as well as simplified visa and labor regimes. And this is only a part of the existing preferences.
“Support from Astana Hub is crucial. They don't help with money, but they have set up the right infrastructure and provided tax incentives. They’re telling us: “Guys, please, work, create, we will not interfere here. We’re going to help you so our community grows and develops.” Almost 80 percent of our company’s employees are local. They go through a rigorous selection process,” said Artyom, executive director of a company.
More than 400 IT companies from neighboring countries have already expressed their intention to move to Kazakhstan.
