A new cluster will be established in northern Kazakhstan,
designed as an environmentally friendly project. According to the regional
governor’s office, the techno-ecopark will focus on recycling secondary raw
materials. It will also include a waste processing plant, as well as paper and
cardboard production facilities. Additionally, there are plans to launch the
production of metal-plastic products. The total project cost is estimated at 49
billion tenge. A land plot has already been allocated, with two production
facilities set to be located within the Qyzyljar special economic zone. The
eco-project is expected to create 500 jobs.
