Berlin Bazaar: Works of Kazakh masters spark great interest in Europe

Kazakh designers, craftspeople, and artisans participated in Berlin Bazaar, the world's largest international fair held in Germany. They showcased a diverse array of products, including carpets, tableware, clothing, jewelry, and bio and eco items. Visitors to the country’s national pavilion had the chance to get acquainted with the traditions and customs, culture, and daily life of the Kazakh people. Additionally, they explored the country’s tourism potential, including its landmarks, resort areas, and unique natural landscapes, thanks to specially installed screens.

Here’s what visitors and participants at the Kazakhstan Pavilion had to share:

 - We were invited to the beautiful exhibition of Kazakh art and culture, which is quite impressive, and the food that we were offered was very tasty. So, it was a pleasure to visit this stand here, and to experience what Kazakhstan has to offer.

- Kazakhstan is a beautiful country and you have the biggest pavilion here in this corner. And as you see, it’s beautiful winter clothes and scarfs, and the mixture of scarf and wool is quite new in Europe, and we love to see it. And your collection was great and the fashion show was incredible.

- Many visitors show interest and inquire about Kazakhstan. I believe this presents a good opportunity to acquaint them with our culture.
