The digital industry of the
future is the main topic of the sixth Digital Almaty 2024 International Forum
featuring a rich business program. It will be held from February 1 to 3, with panel
discussions focused on digital transformation in the industry and innovative
solutions in the areas of GovTech, Industry 4.0, ESG, and Smart City. Over 200
speakers, including international experts, industry leaders, and prominent
innovators in IT and business, will share successful cases of applying new
technologies in the real economy and innovations. More than 30,000 people are expected
to attend the three-day digital event.
“The platform will traditionally
host a plenary session of the prime ministers of the EAEU countries. Also,
ministers will discuss the digital agenda during the forum of the SCO states. There
will be several other significant events, including Industry 4.0 Startup Battle
and a startup exhibition. This platform will be beneficial for both representatives
of business and the public sector. Every participant can discover something new
- new solutions, approaches, ideas, and connections,” said Yersultan Yermanov, spokesperson
for the Kazakh Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace
Industry.
Digital Almaty annually brings
together top global experts from various countries. Over 150 speakers attended the
forum in 2023, when the most discussed topics included digital mining,
cryptocurrency exchanges, cybersecurity, education, and corporate innovations.
