Kazakh innovations continue to conquer
Silicon Valley. This time, the IT startup TrustMe entered the top ten startups,
enabling contract signing within seconds via SMS, messengers, and biometric
verification. The signed documents are then encrypted and stored on the
blockchain, eliminating forgery attempts. Notably, over 850,000 people are
using the domestic project, and the number of signed contracts has reached one
million. The next step includes expansion into Russia, Turkiye, the United
States, and Gulf countries. The startup also plans to become the first Kazakh
unicorn with a $1 billion valuation.
«Our system is unique, as there are no
comparable solutions in the world. We have the ability to automate the terms of
any agreement using smart contract technology. The simplicity and reliability
of our solution enable us to expand rapidly worldwide. More than 150 countries
recognize the electronic digital signature (EDS) we have developed. We are
confident that within a couple of years, we will achieve our goal of becoming a
Kazakh unicorn – a company valued at $1 billion or more. By showcasing our
project, we hope to attract not only Tim Draper but also other investment funds
interested in supporting new initiatives in our country,» said project manager
Chingiz Dauletbayev.
By 2029, Kazakhstan intends to create five
unicorn companies, increase IT exports to $5 billion, and annually launch at
least 25 artificial intelligence (AI) products in various economic sectors, as
outlined in the AI Development Concept.
