A wish tree for seriously-ill children appeared in one of the capital's shopping centers. It is filled with notes from little patients, where they wrote their wishes and dreams. These wishes will be fulfilled by patrons, artists of Kazakh show business, sponsors and just caring residents. The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Information and Social Development.
“We are going to launch an electronic wishing tree for the convenience of people. Anyone who wants to will be able to fulfill a child’s dream online. Last year we fulfilled the dreams of 117 children. This year, the dreams of almost 20 children have come true,” said Abylaikhan Abdrash, chairperson of the ‘Medical Youth’ National Public Association.
