Construction has begun on a visitor center in the Bozzhyra
area of Mangystau Region. A capsule-laying ceremony marked the start of the
project, which will be built in a modern style. The site will offer travelers a
full range of amenities, including an ethno cafe and glamping areas. The
facility will fully comply with environmental standards and align with
sustainable tourism principles. Scheduled for completion by 2027, the complex
will include 17 glamping pavilions, 50 hotel rooms, and the visitor center
itself, covering a total area of 450 square meters. The project is being funded
by a local investor.
«The first phase of the project will take 18 months,
starting with the construction of the first visitor center, followed by the
development of additional glamping sites. Nature preservation will be a
priority throughout the project. The overall goal is to create a comfortable
environment for tourists from around the world,» said project manager Saule Zhanabayeva.
