A skilled team of more
than a hundred specialists is working around the clock on the international
project Silk Way Star. Some are in charge of technical aspects, while others
handle guest accommodations and transfers. The participants have been sharing
their impressions, with many admitting that they have never seen such a high
level of organization, where everything is planned down to the smallest detail,
both on stage and behind the scenes. That is why the artists are confident the
show will become not only a spectacular performance but also a truly unique
event in the media space of Asia and Eurasia.
«Speaking of the
organization level, it’s insane. Everything is organized and planned in a very
neat way like starting from transportation, the costumes and the scene and
everything. The pictures that we saw yesterday for the first episode, each
number was like I don’t know very unique performance. So, I’m really thankful
for the organization, Kazakhstan and Chinese partners have made really hard
work to create such a unique TV show that I really hope that in the future it’s
gonna be a lot popular as Eurovision in Europe,» shared Dovran Shammyev, Silk Way Star
contestant from Turkmenistan.
Silk Way Star participants congratulate Kazakhstan on
Constitution Day
The project participants were impressed not only by
the organization, but also by the beauty of the Kazakh capital. They were given
a city tour during which contestants from 12 countries, as well as members of
the project’s jury, were introduced to the ‘seven treasures’ of the Kazakh
people, including the Tazy dog breed and golden eagles.
«Today I saw a
golden eagle for the first time, and I was amazed, since I had only seen it on TV
before. I know they are difficult to breed and care for. It is truly a
beautiful bird; for me, the golden eagle is a symbol of strength. I was also
impressed by your national costumes, and I really enjoyed listening to the dombyra,»
said Zhang He Xuan, Silk Way Star
contestant from China.
The participants of the international project also
presented a gift to Kazakh citizens on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of
the country’s Constitution. Artists from Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia
performed the legendary song Atameken in Kazakh.
