The international credit rating agency S&P Global Ratings affirmed Kazakhstan's sovereign credit rating at BBB-/A-3 with a stable outlook, the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) reports. It is noted that the analysts' decision was influenced by the stable fiscal and external balances of the country's economy, as well as the rise in oil and gold prices, which is sufficient to mitigate external shocks. Standard & Poor's agency also predicts that Kazakhstan’s economy may grow by two percent in 2022.
