Presidents of Kazakhstan and Belarus hold telephone conversation

The Presidents of Kazakhstan and Belarus, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Aleksandr Lukashenko, noted positive momentum across all areas of cooperation during a telephone conversation. The leaders discussed expanding cooperation in the trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian spheres. They also exchanged views on regional and international agendas and reviewed the schedule of upcoming joint events. The Head of State invited Aleksandr Lukashenko to take part in a meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and the Eurasian Economic Forum, which will be held in Astana at the end of May.
