Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart
Tokayev has arrived at the Expo City Dubai exhibition center to participate in
the opening ceremony of the World Climate Action Summit. The Head of State was
welcomed by UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and UN
Secretary-General Antonio Guterres. It is worth noting that the summit is being
held during the United Nations Climate Change Conference – COP 28. President
Tokayev will address the plenary session as well as hold a series of meetings
with heads of state and business leaders.
