President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met today
with United States (U.S.) House of Representatives member Carol Miller,
highlighting the fruitful partnership between Kazakhstan and the U.S. in trade,
economic, and investment spheres, regional and international security, and
nuclear non-proliferation. The trade turnover between the countries also
demonstrates sustainable growth, surpassing $4 billion. The discussion focused
on energy and infrastructure projects, digital technology development, and
expanding transport and logistics ties. Congresswoman Miller expressed
appreciation for the warm welcome and emphasized the U.S. interest in continuing
fruitful dialogue.
