The driving
force of Kazakh-American relations is economic interaction, President
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said at a meeting with the United States Ambassador to
Kazakhstan Daniel Rosenblum today. As the Head of State emphasized, bilateral
cooperation covers a wide range of areas, including security issues,
sustainable development, the climate agenda, and humanitarian ties. The
President also noted the need to expand interaction in the trade and economic
sphere, particularly within the Investment Attraction Council’s activities. The
parties discussed the possibilities of strengthening cooperation in trade,
mining, transport, logistics, as well as green energy and ecology.
