Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has expressed condolences on the passing of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and members of the government delegation following a helicopter crash. In his telegram, the Head of State noted: ‘Ebrahim Raisi was an outstanding statesman who dedicated his entire life to serving the interests of the Iranian state, improving the welfare of his people, and maintaining stability in the region.’ President Tokayev emphasized that Kazakhstan will always remember Ebrahim Raisi as a responsible leader, a respected international politician, and a figure who made a significant contribution to strengthening bilateral cooperation.
