Modular construction is gaining popularity in Kazakhstan. Domestic developers plan to assemble housing like constructors, from prefabricated components, for example, walls with sewn-in wiring and plumbing on a prefabricated foundation. The prefab building process is considered modern, relatively inexpensive and at the same time of no less quality. Entrepreneurs say that the introduction of such a method will help contain the prices for housing under construction, as well as speed up the entire construction process. After all, building a house like this is possible under any weather conditions. Prefabrication construction has been increasingly used in a number of foreign countries, including the United States.
