Kazakhstan revolutionizes yurt design with unique transforming structures

Craftsman from Almaty Marat Beksultanov creates unique yurts-transformers that blend traditions and innovations. The inner part of over 100 models is made solely from eco-friendly materials. The yurts feature an acrylic dome instead of the traditional shanyrak and a technologically advanced zippered cover. This yurt can be easily assembled like an umbrella and folded into a tube of 60 cm thickness in 20 minutes.

Yurts have a distinctive exterior design. They feature very convenient windows, as well as a removable cover, which enables transformation.

All the yurts are exclusive and irreplaceable. They are used in festive venues, music videos and movies, including historical ones. The master has already patented the innovative technology.

“I have created a hinge that performs the same functions as knees and elbows in humans. The kerege represents a very large mesh, which enables assembling the structure,” said Beksultanov.

Beksultanov is confident that the innovation will provide a more efficient assembly while preserving traditional methods and the quality of the products. He plans to further develop the business and enter foreign markets.
