Kazakh residents with “blue” status in the Ashyq app can visit public places in Nur-Sultan on weekends. However, they can do this only if they have medical exemption certificates. According to the city’s Chief Sanitary Doctor Sarkhat Beisenova, the program has not yet been integrated. It is planned that people who have official contraindications to vaccination will receive a “green” status in the future.
“Those people with the “blue” status who have an official certificate of medical exemption issued by a primary care physician have the every right to visit public places, other facilities on weekends. They have to provide this medical exemption certificate to the administration of any facility where they want to go. They have a right to visit such public places on weekends. Currently, the Ministry is working on integration, so that people with medical exemption have the “green” status, not the “blue” one. This work is being carried out now,” said Sarkhat Beisenova, Chief State Sanitary Doctor, Nur-Sultan city.
