To date, over 310,000 first grade enrollment applications have been received from Kazakh residents. Application submission opened on April 1 and will last until August 1. This time frame was chosen so that the parents of future first-graders could make an early decision on the school, submit the necessary documents on time and prepare school supplies. In addition, on August 10, preparatory groups for children who have not attended preschool organizations or have not undergone preschool training will begin their work in general education schools. Applications are received in electronic format through the Egov.kz portal.
