Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart
Tokayev sees great potential in economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and
Pakistan. The Head of State held a telephone conversation with Prime Minister
Shehbaz Sharif of Pakistan, during which they exchanged congratulations on the
holiday of Qurban Ait and focused on promising areas of bilateral relations.
The conversation, initiated by Pakistan, also covered issues of cooperation
between the two countries within international organizations, including the
agenda for the upcoming SCO summit in Astana.
