Kassym-Jomart Tokayev holds meeting with Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow

President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held a bilateral meeting with President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. The Heads of State noted the need to increase cooperation among the countries of Central Asia. President Tokayev highlighted that Turkmenistan, under the leadership of the current President, is making a significant contribution to the improvement of the international situation and regional security.

“During further negotiations, we will definitely pay attention to the further development of bilateral cooperation. I have no doubt that the upcoming negotiations and signing of agreements between our countries will give a very serious impetus to further strengthening cooperation between our fraternal peoples and states,” Tokayev said.
