President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev extended his congratulations
to the President of Bulgaria on the occasion of the country’s national holiday -
Liberation Day. In his telegram, the Head of State expressed confidence in the
further strengthening of bilateral relations based on friendship and mutually
beneficial cooperation. He also wished the people of Bulgaria prosperity and
well-being.
