State Counsellor of Kazakhstan Erlan Karin summed up the interim results of the implementation of the 2021 presidential address. All practical work is carried out within a special national plan, he said. It consists of 103 points paragraphs, most of which have already been executed. The Presidential Administration monitors the fulfillment of the remaining ones.
“Amendments and additions were made to the legislation regarding the increase in the minimum wage up to 60,000 tenge and its repeal as a calculation index in tax, social and other areas. A roadmap on the construction of at least 1,000 schools until 2025 has been approved. Over 20,000 concessional loans worth nearly 230 billion tenge were issued under the ‘Nurly Zher’ program through the ‘Otbasy Bank’ to resolve housing problems,” said Karin.
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will deliver the next state-of-the-nation address on September 1. It will be focused on the social and economic development of the country.
