State Counsellor of Kazakhstan Erlan Karin summed up the interim results of the implementation of the 2021 presidential address. Over 20,000 concessional loans worth nearly 230 billion tenge were issued under the ‘Nurly Zher’ program through the ‘Otbasy Bank’ to resolve housing problems,” said Karin.
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will deliver the next state-of-the-nation address on September 1. It will be focused on the social and economic development of the country.
