Kazakhstan’s GDP is projected to grow by 5.5% this year,
with the forecast exceeding 4% in 2026, according to the World Economic Outlook
published by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). In its October analysis,
the IMF had previously projected a growth rate of 4.6% for this year and 3.5%
for the next. Thus, the IMF has revised its forecast for Kazakhstan’s economic
growth upward. Notably, GDP growth in 2024 is estimated at 4%, reflecting a
slowdown compared to 2023.
