Drone operators are set to be trained in the Turkistan
region. These future-focused professions will be taught at the Kaplanbek Higher
Agrarian and Technical College. Additionally, the college will launch training
programs for greenhouse specialists and landscape designers. Students will
begin their studies in the upcoming academic year. According to the college,
this initiative will help provide skilled personnel for the agricultural sector
and prepare professionals for a planned drone manufacturing plant in the
region. An agreement to establish the plant was signed earlier this year with a
Chinese company.
«We are launching drone training because it is essential for
locust control and for treating crops with pesticides and fertilizers.
Additionally, an eco-friendly greenhouse is being built in the Keles District,
where up to 5,000 jobs will be created. We plan to send our graduates to work
there,» said College Director Baglan Shyganov.
Among those who have chosen to pursue a profession of the
future is Aigerim Zautdinova. Through coding, algorithms, and technology, she
is writing a new story. She developed an interest in IT while still in school.
Now, she is proficient in programming and successfully completes tasks,
including those involving artificial intelligence.
«As college students, we often have to write code or create
spreadsheets. Artificial Intelligence makes these processes much easier,» Zautdinova
said.
