A concert of symphonic music was presented at the Astana Opera Theater last weekend. The audience was delighted by enchanting classics, works by world-famous composers were performed on the stage of the capital theater under the conducting of maestro Alan Buribayev, an honored worker of Kazakhstan. Among them is Frederick Chopin’s Piano Concerto No.1 performed by Alim Beisembayev, as well as the famous Symphony No.5 of Ludwig van Beethoven by the symphony orchestra of the theatre. According to the chief conductor of the Astana Opera, both works undoubtedly evoke the whole spectrum of vivid emotions even in the most sophisticated audience.
“When we choose works of world
symphonic literature that have become canonic and perform them for our
audiences, it demonstrates not only the diversity of our repertoire but always
gives a very healthy impetus for the orchestra. This is what fosters the growth
of our team. This is not only a performance with orchestral accompaniment,
which is always perfect, but also the feeling of performing on stage as a
soloist or real musicians and artists,” said Buribayev.
