Chinese companies are ready to
invest in Kazakhstan, with plans to start the construction of a grain
processing plant next year. Also, Chinese entrepreneurs are interested in
establishing the production of sprinkler irrigation machines, drip irrigation systems,
and tomato paste, as well as implementing other projects. This was announced
during a meeting between Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Serik Zhumangarin and the
leaders of seven major Chinese companies in Urumqi. Currently, a Kazakh
delegation, including over 250 representatives from state agencies and the
private sector, is on a visit to China.
