Alexey Tsoy was discharged from the position of the health minister. The corresponding decree was signed by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Akorda official website reported. As the press service of the Health Ministry explained, Tsoi resigned at his own request for the reason of transferring to a new job. He headed the department since June last year.
