of the most influential international media outlets - the British newspaper The
Guardian. This was reported by the Mangystau region’s authorities. The
prestigious Photos of the Day section featured an image captured during the Dalamen
undes baba oner festival of craftsmen in Aktau. The photo was carefully
selected by the editorial team and ranked among the top entries. It vividly
conveys the atmosphere of national traditions and values, as well as the Kazakh
