At the second congress of the Adilet Party, delegates unanimously endorsed Amanat joining it. According to participants, the political organizations share common goals, including national development, support for citizens, and the implementation of necessary reforms. Adilet Chairman Aibek Dadebay stated that open dialogue, accountability, and tangible results are now essential priorities. Party members expressed gratitude to Amanat for the decision to join. Adilet members believe that this step supports President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s course toward building a Just Kazakhstan and continuing reforms aimed at improving citizens’ lives.
«The reforms of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the new Constitution, supported by the people, have become the foundation of the country’s political system. It is now crucial to live up to the trust of the party’s supporters, colleagues, and delegates who endorsed these decisions. The provisions of the new Constitution must be fully implemented in practice. Following today’s congress, the Adilet Party has further developed and strengthened its position,» Dadebay said.
At the congress, it was also decided to establish regional branches of the party. Delegates approved regulations governing their activities, which set out unified operational rules as well as principles of openness, responsibility, and accountability to the public. The development of a branch network will enable faster responses to citizens’ inquiries, more active promotion of initiatives, and a stronger party presence across the regions. The congress also addressed human capital development. Discussions focused on improving the quality of education, introducing new technologies, and strengthening civil society institutions. Delegates emphasized that the country’s sustainable development depends on training qualified professionals and active public participation in decision-making processes.
«We firmly support President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s
course toward building a Just Kazakhstan, viewing it as a strategy for the
long-term strengthening of the state and improving citizens’ quality of life.
When the Adilet Party was established, we started from a simple yet fundamental
idea: sustainable development is impossible without justice. Where fair rules
are in place, trust emerges. Where there is trust, investment flows,
entrepreneurship flourishes, civic engagement grows, and social solidarity and national
unity are strengthened,» Dadebay
added.
