Turkic World’s cuisine presented in Azerbaijan’s Shusha

Turkic people presented traditional dishes in the city of Shusha in Azerbaijan. The event included participants from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan. Guests were offered to taste various types of qutabs, pilaf, beshbarmak (boiled meat mixed with dough), kymyz, Karabakh kyata, meat dishes, coffee and sweets. Also, renowned chefs from Turkic-speaking states conducted cooking masterclasses. It should be noted that the event was arranged as part of the international scientific conference ‘Prospects for Cultural Tourism of the Turkic World’. Participants exchanged views on creating joint tourist products and routes and discussed prospects for cooperation in this field.
