China is set to implement 100 livelihood projects in some SCO member states, as well as provide billion-yuan grants and loans in the near future, as announced by President Xi Jinping.
Opening the SCO Summit in Tianjin, Xi Jinping emphasized China’s strong commitment to deepening cooperation and investment across the region.
